- Health & wellbeing education for māmā and pēpi.
- One-on-one support (home visits, phone, and text).

What’s in it for me?
Whānau Workers can help you:
- Increase your knowledge and confidence around parenting
- Learn about baby care (bonding & attachment, bathing, breastfeeding, immunisation, nutrition, child development)
- Understand what health professionals and services are available
- Learn techniques for stress-relief and help you to increase your sense of well-being
- Build connections with other mothers
- Create a safe environment for yourself and your pēpi

Eligibility
- We provide support for parents who have little or no support
- We can assist during pregnancy, and until pēpi is 5 years old
- Our service is free and flexible to meet your individual needs
